Full Engagement

When you opt for full engagement I will be there every step of the way to help build your professional development program. I will work with your managers to identify and formalize the team roles, interview team members to help identify the skills necessary for each role and then work with your management team to align skills with your business needs - now and in the future. I will coach managers so that they are comfortable performing assessments and, if desired, even participate in reviews and planning sessions.

Training

Training sessions are more akin to classroom style education in which your managers are trained in the process of building skills matrices and assessing their team members against a skills matrix. The training engagement involves initial meetings & interviews with you and your team to assess your needs and the design of one or more training sessions to meet those needs.
